PROTECTION FOR NON SMOKER COMMUNITY IN CIREBON CITY CIREBON MAYOR Considering:
Smoking is an unhealthy habit that is harmful for both of the smoker him/ herself and for the others who do not smoking
Community health is a very important thing that should be protected from any threatening disease including from the threat of smoking hazard
In order to protect community health from the possibility of smoking hazard, especially to protect they who do not smoking, there is a need for smoking control regulation to be established in Mayor Regulation
WITH THE BLESSING OF ALMIGHTY GOD THE MAYOR OF BOGOR Considering:
The City Government have a responsibility to protect community and to maintain public order, welfare and peace
In order to establish a well organized, comfortable, full of discipline social life in Bogor City, there is a need of a regulation on public order that have a capacity to protect the citizen and the city facilities
That regulation on public order as arranged in Bogor City Regional Government Number 1 of 1990 on Public Order and Cleanliness of Bogor City is considered as no longer relevant to the latest development and dynamics of Bogor Community
Based on considerations as described in letter a, b and c, (we) need to establish a Bogor City Regional Regulation on Public Order
